Derrick Rose Suffers from Orbital Bone InjuryNBA’s youngest MVP and Chicago Bulls superstar, Derrick Rose, suffers another injury. This time, he encountered a broken orbital bone after taking a hit from an elbow during team practice.

The orbital bone injury will require surgery which will take place on Wednesday, September 30th.

So when will Derrick Rose be back on the court? Will he be able to make it at the start of the 2015-2016 NBA regular season? These questions will be answered after the said operation.

Rose was the 2010-2011 season MVP where he averaged 25 points per game and 7.7 assists per game along with 4.1 rebounds per game. He suffered from an ACL tear during the 2011-2012 season. He was out for one year during the 2012-2013 season. Upon his return during the 2013-2014 season, he suffered from a torn menuscus which put him out for the rest of the season again. Many fans have been contemplating as to whether Rose will ever be back to his MVP form again after suffering major injuries in the past. He got back during the 2014-2015 season and played in the play-offs, losing the the Cleaveland Cavaliers.
